Design and construction of a large decked surface extending out from the elevated rear of the property, and also incorporating a sunken koi pond.

Key Features:
Very large composite deck structure (including matching handrail system) that had to be raised off sloping ground by up to 1.8m.
Concrete block, render and resin lined koi pond that had a finished depth of 1.5m. Incorporating complete multi-stage filtration system and rainwater catchment.
Materials:
Ecodek composite decking system comprising of boards and matching handrails in light brown.
Travertine limestone paving adjacent to property and around koi pond.
